Q: WHAT IS YOUR PEACE?
A: Peace, to me, is an internal state where I find equilibrium between taking control and letting go, adapting to what's needed in the moment. It's a serene calmness and self-awareness that allows me to simply be and appreciate life's offerings. My peace is a quiet creek, a cool breeze, the sun is shining, and I have nowhere else to be.
Q: WHERE DO YOU FIND POWER?
A: I've found power in movement and stillness, trust in self, strength in body, connection with nature, and inspiration from music. Nurturing myself and others, overcoming challenges, and embracing my unique essence have all revealed different facets of power. It's a constant evolution, a journey of growth and self-discovery.
Essentially, I find power in being a cute motherf*cker.
Q: FAVORITE MEAL:
A: Massaman Curry with steamed tofu, rice, a lotta spice and a spoonful of chunky peanut butter. All together in the biggest bowl available. Kimchi, optional. A few slices of beautifully golden garlic naan, required.
